The hotel was very clean and had great facilities including a pool. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was amazing as it was close to many restaurants, but still secluded enough from the busy city streets. Additionally, the hotel was in a very quiet position away from any street noise.
Nothing.

Great breakfast delivered to the room every morning, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests or questions. The location was perfect, situated near popular attractions and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.
The room had a damp smell that was difficult to ignore. the cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved, as there were some visible signs of dirt and dust.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even organized trips for me to nearby attractions like Mt Batu and the rice terraces. The location of the hotel is perfect, with the famous monkey forest just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. The best part was enjoying breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel.
All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Staying at this hotel provides easy access to a variety of dining options. You'll find many restaurants close enough to the center which serves delicious food. the hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the city, so it's easy to walk around. the spacious and well-appointed rooms provide comfort and relaxation after a busy day in town. the friendly staffs are always on hand to assist with any need.
The hot water sometimes didn't work in the bathroom, which was disappointing.

I had a great time staying at this city guesthouse. The breakfast was served on my terrace and always arrived on time. The location was perfect as I could easily access the local restaurants, shops and attractions. I also enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms.
I was disappointed that the bathroom needed renovation and there was no car or motorbike rental available. The staff was friendly but not always informative and tried to make additional profit by referring me to other rental agencies.
